Why
spend time YOUR TIME with us?
*Our instructors are hand picked and trained by Kristin. All come from a fitness background, and they are the most loving, nurturing women you will ever meet. Not only will they help you reach your fitness goals, but life goals as well. They are always there to listen and support you no matter what it is you want to talk about. Expect a hug and a great big smile from her when you come to class!
*We limit ALL our
classes to 10 women. You will not be trying to keep up with an instructor you've never met and who doesn't know your name. You will be watched like a hawk to ensure your own safety and proper technique. This size class also promotes a cohesive group and lessens the "cross talk". We want the whole class to be one big loving sisterhood and we encourage this from day one. You will get so close to them that you will stay together as you move up through the levels.
*ALL our classes are 90 minutes long. Including a meditation, stretching and strength training before we begin pole dancing. We use the PiYo Method of teaching...relaxation, stretching, heat-building, strength work, deep stretching, then cardio!
*ALL our sessions are 8 weeks long. We strongly believe that this is the right timeframe for you to correctly and safely advance on to the next level. In each level, 20 or more pole tricks are taught along with a routine and several transitional moves. You won't only learn to do pole tricks. You will learn to DANCE!
*Each of our signature pole classes is progressive upon the last. We don't offer just "beginner", "intermediate", and advanced classes. We have 7 levels of progression, with 8 classes in each level. We have designed the classes so that you learn proper technique while building muscles that will help you advance through the levels.
*We do not teach women who use, (or intend to use) what they learn in the adult industry. These classes are for regular women, of all sizes, shapes, ages and backgrounds. No stripping required!
*All our instructors are trained in safety,
cpr and basic first aid as well as being teacher trained through Tease. Ongoing training and support on trick instruction, spotting technique and class safety are done often to keep everyone up to date on the latest practice and technique. We have an aed defibulater as well as first aid equipment in the studio. Safety is our number one priority.
*We encourage relationships between you,
your instructors, and your class sisters. We help
you lift each other up! Instructors have always
given their personal contact information. So many
wonderful friendships have been formed!
*There is no negativity...ever. We expect
everyone sign a contract agreeing to never say anything negative
to or about yourself or your class sisters. Instead,
make an effort to support them as you want them to support
you. No sharing other women's experiences outside
of class. No cross talking either. We keep
the classes small so we can be a cohesive group.
This is not the place to come, workout and go home. We build relationships as well as healthy, strong bodies.
*The studio is more than a place to exercise.
It's a clubhouse. It's a safe-haven, it's a place
to relax and rejuvenate yourself. It's a meeting
place. It's a place to let go. And while you
are enjoying all that, you get a wonderful workout experience
that leaves you feeling confident and sexy throughout your week!
*The atmosphere in the studio is as good as it gets! The workout rooms are darkened and lit only by candlelight (The studio always smells sooooo good). The only light is the spotlight on the instructor so you can follow along. This gives you a relaxing experience where you have "mood" and privacy. It's your own little world.
