is a one time class to introduce you to our signature
series. It is intended for someone who wants to “
test
the waters” before she jumps in with two feet! When
you sign up for your 8 week class at the teaser, we will
apply the cost of this class to your balance. So this
class ends up being free! See the schedule page for upcoming
classes!
Teasers are run 2 weeks before a new session begins.
Class runs 90 minutes
***A NOTE ABOUT TEASERS FOR ALL NON-POLE CLASSES. BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT PROGRESSIVE LEVELS LIKE OUR SIGNATURE POLE CLASSES, YOU MAY ATTEND THE VERY FIRST OR SECOND CLASS TO SEE HOW YOU LIKE IT.
